Do I need to register with to place an order ?

You do not need to register with to make a purchase from our site as we offer a guest checkout service. However, there are many benefits to becoming a registered customer, including faster checkout and weekly emails with updates, offers and promotions.


How do I login/out to my account?

If you wish to log in to your account select the 'Sign In' option at the top of the and enter your username and password when prompted. To sign out of your account, please select the 'Sign Out' option at the top of the homepage.

When will I be charged?

Payment is taken upon checkout. When an order is placed, we request a authorisation for the value of the order from your bank/card issuer at which point we actually take payment.


What if I have a question about my order?

How do I know if my order has been received?

After placing an order with you will be sent an email to acknowledge that we have received your order.


How do I track my order?

You are able to track your parcel online by simply clicking the link shown on your confirmation of dispatch email or alternatively by logging on to your account and selecting 'Order History'.


How do I cancel/change an order? is unable to make any amendments to an order once it has been placed. If an amendment does need to be made, the only option available is to cancel the order. However, to do this you must notify us within 30 minutes of your order being placed. Please have the order number at hand. After this time we are unable to amend your order as we endeavour to process orders immediately. What are PEOPLES PRIDE SHOES delivery options?

PEOPLES PRIDE SHOES offers complimentary shipping on all US and EU orders. A $35 fee is required on all other International orders.

Special Delivery

Some items are Made-To-Order, and may be dispatched from us or directly from the manufacturer. If you place an order for one or more of these items, we will contact you via email with regard to production and/or shipping.

Does PEOPLES PRIDE SHOES ship to countries other than the United States?

We ship to more than 100 countries using UPS Worldwide Expedited service. In general all Made-To-Oder items are dispatched 4-6 weeks from date of purchase.


What about items marked as requiring special delivery?

All Made-To-Order items, may be dispatched from us or directly from the manufacturer. If you place an order for one or more of these items, we will contact you via email with regard to production and/or shipping.
Items will be flagged as requiring special delivery.


What about fees, taxes, and/or duties for international orders?

International orders are subject to duties and taxes determined by the country to which they are shipped. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient to pay upon delivery. Orders refused at the point of delivery will incur return shipping charges as well as a restocking fee equivalent to the duties and taxes levied upon the original shipment.

We are required by law to list directly on the package the full retail value of items ordered and contained therein. We cannot mark any package as a gift to avoid customs and duties fees. On rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of, open, and/or examine the contents of packages at their discretion. For more information on customs fees and procedures, please contact your local customs office.


Can I change the delivery address?

Unfortunately we are unable to amend delivery details once your order has been placed. It is therefore very important that you check all the order details are correct before completing your transaction.


What happens if I am not in when the parcel arrives?

For US orders, if our couriers are unable to obtain a signature they will attempt one further delivery at a later date. If this delivery attempt is also unsuccessful, a calling card will be left and your parcel will be returned to your local carriers depot.


What is PEOPLES PRIDE SHOES return policy?

**Bespoke items, Made-To-Order items,  Personalized items or goods which have been made to a customer's specification, are NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN. Additionally, we cannot accept returns of monogrammed or special-order items, or of items damaged through normal wear and tear.

Bespoke and Made-To-Order items can not be returned or exchanged, with the exception of *manufactured defects. Normal wear and tear does not constitute manufactures defect.


My order is incomplete or items are damaged, what should I do?

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at When sending an email, please send in an image of the damaged item along with your order number. We endeavour to reply back to all customers within 24 hours. In the case of damage incurred during shipment, we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery in order to initiate the return process.


How do I return something for an exchange or refund?
  • To start the return process, please fill the form on our Returns & Refunds page.

  • After receiving your RA number, note it below along with the return code(s) for the returned item(s). If your order was shipped to a U.S. address, you’ll receive a pre-paid UPS return label via email.

  • Re­package the item(s) you would like to return.

  • Leave your return shipment at a UPS drop-off location.

Someone from our Customer Loyalty Team will contact you as soon as we’ve received your return and processed your refund. It may take up to 14 business days from the date we process your refund for it to reflect on your original form of payment.

What is the charge for return shipping?

For orders shipped within the US and EU, return shipping is free for all eligible items* purchased at full price if returned within 14 days of purchase using the prepaid UPS label provided. 


What about returns for international orders outside of the EU?

The above return policy applies to international orders, with the following adjustments:

  • Return-eligible items will be accepted within 14 days of delivery date.

  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We cannot refund duties and taxes paid to clear customs.

For International orders we strongly recommend that you use registered post, recorded delivery or another secure method of delivery, retaining the receipt until you have received credit for your return, as do not offer free international returns. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.

Do you offer an exchange service?

We do offer an exchange service for any full priced returned items that shows signs of manufactured defects. In the event of an exchange, we will do our best to remake to the exact specification of your customized order. All exchanged items will be remade once a mandatory returns investigation has been completed. Normal wear and tear does not constitute manufactures defect.


Do you offer shoe redrafting services?

We do not offer in-house shoe recrafting services. We highly recommend supporting your local cobbler for any and all shoe repairs, including recrafting services to replace worn soles, suede cleaning and proper nourishing to dehydrated leathers.


What if the shoe does not fit ?

We attempt to be as accurate as possible in describing the sizing of our shoes in each product description. Please read the sizing description of each shoe carefully prior to placing your order. 

Generally speaking, most of our shoes run a full size larger than traditional US dress shoes. This isn't irregular! Most English and European brands (i.e., Gucci, Prada, Grenson) run larger than US dress shoes (i.e., Allen Edmonds).

To ensure a proper fit we recommend that you order 1 size below your regular dress shoe size (i.e., order a size 9 if you wear size 10 Allen Edmonds). If you happen to know your Brannock device shoe size, just subtract 1.5 sizes from that measurement to arrive at your PEOPLES PRIDE size.
